Additionally, the timeline and budget are thoroughly discussed to ensure alignment with your expectations and project feasibility. II. Design + Planning
This stage lays the foundation for your project. Once we have understood your vision, needs, and lifestyle, we will create detailed plans, including floor layouts, colour schemes, and material selections. We bring our carefully curated collection of premium fabrics, finishes, and materials directly to your space. This ensures you can experience textures, colours, and samples in your actual space under your home's natural lighting, ensuring perfect harmony between our design vision and your environment. Mood boards are developed to visualise the concept, and 3D renders if required. After your approval, comprehensive schedules and budgets are prepared. This stage ensures a cohesive, personalised design that reflects your style and meets all functional requirements.
III. Purchasing + Execution
This stage of the project involves sourcing and procuring all the necessary materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories as per the approved design. Working with trusted suppliers and craftsmen to ensure high-quality products are acquired within the allocated budget and timeline. This step includes placing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries to the site.
IV. Project Management
In this stage, we oversee the installation and implementation of all purchased items. This includes coordinating with contractors, craftsmen, suppliers and other professionals to ensure each element is installed correctly and aligns with the design vision. We ensure that the work meets the required standards and address any issues that arise promptly.
V. Installation
The installation stage transforms the design vision into reality. It involves preparing the site, delivering and inspecting items, and carefully installing furniture, fixtures, and accessories. Under our guidance, skilled professionals ensure each element is perfectly placed. Final touches are added to align with the design vision and reflect the client’s personality. A client walkthrough ensures satisfaction, with adjustments made as needed to ensure your interior exceeds expectations.
